At the Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards, SIMPLIFi was recognised as being the pinnacle of the insurance industry, after receiving the prestigious annual award celebrating the best achievements in technology and innovation that the insurance industry has to offer.
The awards were presented in a glittering ceremony held at the Royal Lancaster London on the 3rd November 2021. People from across the UK insurance sector came together to celebrate the very finest in UK general insurance technology and innovation, including outstanding initiatives, individuals and teams embracing emerging opportunities and leading the way for a better customer experience in a rapidly changing space.
After being shortlisted as one of only four finalists, CET went one better and picked-up the main prize as we were presented with the Best Use of Technology for Customer Experience – Claims (FNOL) award! After announcing the result, the award win was celebrated in style by some of Our People who had certainly dressed to impress on the evening.

“We all appreciate the exceptional work throughout the last few years that the entire SIMPLIFi team has put into creating and further developing the platform to make it the outstanding example to the industry that it is today.
“We have come a long way in a relatively short space of time since the first call was logged via SIMPLIFi in 2018. Whilst this is a moment for everyone at CET to celebrate this great achievement with real pride, we won’t stand still and will continue to look further into developing and improving the platform.”
