Having joined the CET in April 2019, Jonathan is responsible for leading our technology strategy and IT functions. He has driven change to improve customer experience and satisfaction throughout his career - most recently, managing the development of the SIMPLIFi product for CET.
Jonathan has built both in-house and outsourced development teams, often blending offshore partners with local talent. He is passionate about building cloud-native products and using the best approaches to software delivery. He is a huge advocate of Agile with SCRUM and loves the constant learning he gets from working with his fantastic team.
Given the success of SIMPLIFi, Jonathan has built a dedicated in-house SIMPLIFi development team, bringing together specialists in the range of technologies it employs. This positions CET as one of leading tech-enabled operators in the Insurance Services space.

Louise has been involved in the claims management industry for over 15 years having started her career as a data analyst for a major loss adjuster.
After spending several years working with Underground Services companies, in 2016 Louise co-founded a business specialising in Drainage Investigation and Repair. The business was subsequently acquired by CET when Louise was appointed as Business Director working with key clients analysing data to deliver performance.
Away from work, Louise enjoys travelling, tasting food and spending time with her friends and family.

Paul has been actively involved in the claims management industry for more than 25 years. He has vast experience of the water drainage and home emergency sectors, having worked with insurers, loss adjusters and their supply chains.
He is a firm believer in the strategic outsourcing of services within the industry and recognises that technology-led collaborations can yield successful partnerships; as long as they add value to the customer experience.
Paul was appointed Managing Director of CET Property Assurance in April 2016. He has a proven track record of developing and launching products and services that have longevity within the insurance sector and is a supporter of inspirational leadership.
Paul is also former Chairman of the Future Water Association, a not-for-profit organisation supporting innovation within the water industry supply chain. When he is away from his busy work schedule, Paul is an avid gardener and can often be found relaxing in his greenhouse.

Nic joined CET in the summer of 2019 as Commercial Director, with a particular focus on creating an effortless customer experience within the service centre operation. He has an extensive background in operations, business development and marketing. Nic is very familiar with partnership-based business models and has over a decade of experience in the home assistance sector.
Nic joined CET from HomeServe, where he held a number of director level positions, the most recent of which was Director of Acquisitions & Business Development. Prior to HomeServe, Nic spent 11 years at Virgin Money. His initial brief was their group pension proposition and he later moved to spend most of his time on Virgin’s credit product portfolio.
Nic started his career at Lloyds Bank in 1993, having completed an honours degree in Financial Economics.
Nic lives in the Peak District, with his partner, Debbie and regularly enjoys hill walking in the countryside around him.

Paul joined CET in 2019 with over 15 years’ experience in operational management having previously held key directorial leadership roles within Ideal Boilers, Carillion and Homeserve.
Being a firm believer in understanding the foundations of a home emergency Paul holds both Gas Safe and OFTEC qualifications.
He is a strategic thinker and has a record of turning strategy into sustainable delivery plans. He believes exceptional business results come from delivering excellent customer service through engaged and empowered teams.
Whilst relaxing outside of CET, healthy body healthy mind, Paul enjoys keeping fit, walking and plays principle euphonium in a brass band.

With over fifteen years experience in senior financial roles in a range of industries, Stephen joined CET in 2011. He is an ACA Fellow having qualified with one of the major accountancy firms.
Since joining CET, Stephen has introduced significant changes in financial control and reporting providing a solid financial platform supporting the business in its continued growth.
Outside the office, Stephen is immersed in family life and is a proud supporter of the Premier League 2016 champions, Leicester City football club.
