As CEO and member of the HomeServe Executive Committee, I am privileged to lead the CET business. The heart of our business is our people, delivering for our clients and customers 365 days a year supported by our leading claims technology platform. As a business, I want us to continue to grow whilst pushing the boundaries of innovation, developing our people to be the best they can be and lead the industry on customer service with a clear road map on how we better our ESG credentials.
Prior to taking these roles, I was Managing Director for Orsted, the global leader in offshore wind power. Having spent 15 years in senior roles within energy retail across Europe, I believe sustainability should be at the heart of every organisation’s strategy. Whilst not an easy journey, it is one that I hope over time CET can lead on within the Home Emergency claims industry bringing benefits for our clients, customers, and our employees.
Working in partnership with our insurance and underwriting clients has been a key reason for our growth. I believe that a true partnership approach will allow us to continue to innovate our technology, to continue to drive excellent customer experience and continue to evolve the services we offer in the market to become the supplier of choice in all the markets we operate in.

In my previous role, I was Head of Finance for OVOs Non Energy retail consumer products (over 0.5m customers) across Home Services, Broadband and Smart Home divisions. My main responsibilities were working closely with the leadership teams on key strategic and commercial areas whilst leading the Finance, Data & Insight departments covering key areas such as financial planning & reporting, business partnering, budgeting, business KPI performance, and product pricing governance
Prior to joining OVO, I worked for Sky Plc for over 6 years in Commercial Finance and Reporting functions, developing strong commercial awareness, leadership, financial planning and business partnering skills whilst gaining experience across Home Services & Supply, Sales & Marketing and Contact Centres. In my final role, I was the Financial Controller in commercial finance supporting the leadership team in managing budgets for Change, Billing and Cross-Sell RTMs whilst managing a team of qualified accountants.
I am data driven and commercially aware and keen to utilise the skills and experience I have gained to support Ashley and the Leadership Team on growing the CET business and creating a culture that focuses on our Customers, People, and Technology innovation.
