CET achieves Investors in People accreditations

CET UK are delighted to announce that we have been successful in achieving both our Investors in People and Investors in People, Health and Wellbeing accreditations following a recent assessment. 🏆

The assessment which took place earlier this year, involved a confidential survey which was completed by 59% of CET staff as well as further interviews with various colleagues from across the business with an IIP Assessor. ✍

As well as being re-accredited again for both standards for the next 3 years, CET has been identified as one of the Top 20 Standard 250+ Investors in People accredited employers in the UK. 🙌

Investors in People accreditations are recognised around the world, making them the global benchmark when it comes to people management. 🌍

These accreditations demonstrate the ongoing work that CET are doing as a business on understanding and improving our staff wellbeing. One of the CET core values is 'Caring' which means caring for our people and demonstrating this commitment every single day. 🙏
