CET’s Vikki Seal runs 100 miles this May

CET’s Associate Director Vikki Seal is running 100 miles this May, to raise money for Combat Stress, which is the UK’s leading charity for veteran’s mental health.

This is a cause close to Vikki’s heart with Vikki’s Dad being a former soldier for the Royal Engineers and now working directly with Combat Stress, providing help and support to veterans every day. Vikki has already made a great start running 10 miles in the last 2 days!

Vikki adds “So far so good and I can honestly say I am having so much fun especially as I have been supported by my two sons who have been cycling alongside me!”

For over a century, Combat Stress has been helping former servicemen and women deal with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, they work to provide support to veterans from ever service and every conflict.
