CET shortlisted for Digital Insurance Award

Our application SIMPLIFi has been nominated for a Digital Insurance Award 2016 and is one of the finalists in "The Wireless Wizard Award" category.

The Digital Insurance Awards, now in their fourth year, are designed to recognise those insurers that have developed new ways to harness technology and create innovative methods to drive business processes forward.

SIMPLFi is an industry first from CET; adding value to our assurance partners and placing the customer at the heart of the claims management process.

Designed to improve the efficiency of claims managers and trades alike; SIMPLIFi is an innovative, online job management and reporting application. First introduced in February 2015, SIMPLIFi enables CET claims managers to assign work-orders remotely and exchange real-time status updates with our UK network of approved tradespeople.

As home emergency service providers require an effective claims solution for an insurer to remain competitive, SIMPLIFi addresses the challenges of reducing back office administration, maintaining control over costs and increasing service delivery.

Over the past year, SIMPLIFi has more than proved its effectiveness, delivering a wide range of partner and customer benefits:
