CET welcomes New Head of Operational Support



ET has made a new appointment to its leadership team as the property assurance specialist further invests in improving operational delivery across the UK.

The claims management insuretech that specialises in home emergency claims, subsidence investigation, underground services, property repairs and restoration, has recruited Caroline Lewis to the role of Head of Operational Support.

Caroline has over 20 years’ experience in Customer Service and Operations Management accumulated from previous roles within the central heating and boiler breakdown repair service industry, including direct working knowledge and relationships with some of the UK’s leading home insurance providers.

Commenting on her appointment, Caroline said: “I am delighted to join CET and what is one of the industry’s fastest growing insuretechs. My first priority is to fully immerse myself into the business to understand how we have been delivering what is clearly an already successful model, before I look to establish any additional system benefits that I can help to drive the Operations team forwards.

“In the longer term, I place significant importance on developing essential working relationships with the FNOL (First Notification of Loss) Team to fully grasp the front-end delivery process and the implications of how the Operations team support this. I’ll also be looking to ensure that everyone across the team of 36 fully understand our targets as we ultimately aim to deliver further improvements for both the client and Customer."
