CET, one of the UK’s leading and fastest-growing claims management insuretechs, has been shortlisted for an award celebrating the use of technology in improving the customer experience throughout the claims journey.
The company, which specialises in home emergency policies handling claims for one in eight properties in the UK as well as subsidence investigation, underground services, property repairs and restoration, has been named as a finalist in the category of Best Use of Technology for Customer Experience – Claims (FNOL) in the prestigious Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards.
The annual awards celebrate the very finest in UK general insurance technology and innovation – those outstanding initiatives, individuals and teams embracing emerging opportunities and leading the charge for a better customer experience in a rapidly changing space.
Chris McLain, CET CEO said: “The Customer journey is at the heart of everything that CET does as an organisation for which we have made significant investment to create SIMPLIFi, a fully automated experience from First Notification of Loss (FNOL) and deployment, right through to a successful closure.
“We are proud and delighted that this commitment to enhancing the Customer experience has now been recognised by the Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards and we look forward to joining together to celebrate the very best that the industry has to offer.”
The winners of the Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards will be announced at the glittering ceremony held at the Royal Lancaster London on 3rd November 2021.
