Last week, the CET team were thrilled to attend theInsurance TimesAwards in London, where we were shortlisted as a finalist for the prestigious 'Claims Partner of
CET, one of the UK’s leading insurtech claims management specialists, has been acquired by HomeServe, the international home repairs and improvements business.
This acquisition has brought together two well-positioned, complementary businesses - HomeServe UK in home assistance cover and CET in home emergency assistance. Combined, they serve around 4.9 million homes in the UK. CET will continue to operate as before with the existing management team and infrastructure, and over time, there will be significant opportunities for the two businesses to share best practice, technology and service expertise.
CET provides emergency plumbing, heating, and electrics services to home insurance policy holders on behalf of leading home emergency brands. This is achieved via its in-house purpose built, digital claims handling and job management platform, SIMPLIFi.
