Five years ago, we decided that technology and innovation would become a part of our DNA. In the past two years alone, we have invested over £1m in new technology and processes. This commitment to investing in technology is laying a foundation for future innovation and helping us to deliver a seamless, more responsive service to all our customers.
Our portfolio of Intelligent Systems (i) includes a web-based, materials testing results database, mobile job management and a cloud-based claims management application. Later this year we will be adding to the list with a ground-breaking instability risk profiling solution that leverages satellite data to calculate the subsidence risk profile of any site.
CETi® is set to change the way materials testing works. An intuitive, web-based application; CETi® provides much needed automation, cutting down result delivery times and bringing technology based efficiencies to what has traditionally been a manual process.
The app delivers alerts when results are ready and provides long-term access to archived results. Changing or adding to a schedule of tests is quick and easy. To ensure compliance, online approvals for changes can be included in the workflow.
CETi® integrates ordering, scheduling, time-sheet management, reporting and invoicing workflows to provide remote access to test results anywhere, any time and on any device for our clients.
Designed to improve the efficiency of claims managers and trades alike; SIMPLIFi is an innovative job management and reporting application. Introduced in Feb 2015, SIMPLIFi enables CET claims managers to assign work-orders remotely and exchange real-time updates with our network of approved tradespeople.
SIMPLFi is an industry first from CET; adding value to our assurance partners and placing the customer at the heart of the claims management process.
Functionality that allows our partner network to accept, track and seek approval for works undertaken has been extended to offer additional value to policy holders. Customers are now able to log claims and track the status of projects via a user-friendly app.
Technology for technology’s sake is rarely a good idea. That’s why our commitment is to invest in technology that adds genuine value to our employees, partners and customers. If it doesn’t improve process efficiency, workforce productivity or customer satisfaction, it fails the first test. If it doesn’t offer something new that adds value or acts as a point of differentiation, it fails the second.
