Our People are one of the most instrumental aspects to CET’s success. We recognise this and always look to provide them with the training and opportunities they need to grow and progress in their careers. From climbing the career ladder to taking on a role in a different department, we fully support the development of their skills and expertise.
After joining CET three years ago, Emily Chalmers, newly appointed Client Account Manager, reflects on her successful career journey with CET:
“I joined CET as a Contact Centre Agent managing customer calls, followed by a promotion to Team Leader. An exciting role become available in our IT department as an Application Support Engineer and now I’m proud to announce I have been successful in achieving the role of Client Account Manager, for some of our key clients.
“As Client Account Manager, I oversee, manage, and maintain client relationships; whilst creating and bringing new business into CET, and managing products and projects.
“I am responsible for a variety of client accounts, including ones in home emergency, servicing, remedial work, landlord, and brown and white goods. Working with these clients, I take a strategic approach to drive sales leads and assess how we can implement the goals of the client whilst still maintaining the ethos of CET.
“In such a short period of time I have been supported to progress in my career and move into a role that I truly feel I add great value. I have enjoyed my time at CET and feel truly supported by the team around me.”
