Our latest innovation, launched in 2024, is our Home Assistance Robotic Interface (HARI).
Developed in-house, HARI uses sophisticated AI to complete pre-qualification checks to speed up and improve the claims journey for our customers.
Using a sophisticated combination of natural language processing, speech recognition and text-to-speech to query, HARI can recognise and act on the reason for a customer’s call, guiding them through the initial identification process and cutting down call times by up to a minute.
