CET, the claims management insurtech specialising in home emergency policies, is delighted to have joined the top 20% of global companies in being awarded the Investors in People We Invest in People silver accreditation.

Investors in People (IiP) is an internationally recognised standard for people management reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to be a truly top performing business.

Over the last 29 years, IiP has accredited more than 50,000 organisations and the We Invest in People accreditation is recognised in 66 countries around the world, making it the global benchmark when it comes to people management.

Chris McLain, CET Chief Executive Officer, said: “I am delighted and proud that CET has been awarded a silver accreditation as a We Invest in People organisation.

“This is our first attempt at achieving such an accreditation and it is testament to the exceptional processes and procedures that we have in place to support our people that we have been recognised as being in the top 20% of companies that are assessed. However, we have no intention of stopping there and we will review the recommendations from the current assessment with a commitment to drive continued improved business performance.”

We Invest in People measures how well an organisation is doing against the framework before advising and measuring on how they can improve over time. In addition, the model measures how the company leads and supports people, compared with other companies within the same industry, or of a comparable size.

Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate CET. Silver accreditation of We Invest in People is a remarkable effort for any organisation, and places CET in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
