Nick Ongley – A Job Well Done

CET’s motto is Giving Our All. We encourage all our employees to demonstrate commitment, excellence and teamwork in everything they do. When they do, we think they deserve recognition.

After a recent project in Deptford for Keltbray, CET Infrastructure received some excellent feedback about our new online test results service CETi®. More than that, one of our tech’s, Nick Ongley, was singled out for praise.

“Nick has been excellent… great attitude and did everything he was asked, so very happy with him” Senior Projects Manager, Keltbray.

“I was on site and spent some time with him myself… I was impressed, [he] was genuinely interested in doing a good job for us” Quality Engineer, Keltbray.

Nick joined the company on the 12th June and showed an instant aptitude for materials testing, receiving high praise from the experienced technicians training him.  Coming from a Quality Control background in the fruit and veg industry, Nick understands the importance of his new role, confirming the quality and compliance of materials being delivered to sites. Nick has a very friendly persona with great communication skills; this has allowed him to build good relationships both internally at CET and with clients on-site, he is developing into a very valuable member of the team.

In recognition of his commitment and excellence CET Regional Materials Testing Manager, Russell Barnes, presented Nick with £100 in vouchers; just a small token of appreciation for a job well done. Congratulations Nick, keep up the good work.
