CET Group announces that Nick Winks will be stepping down as Chairman of the company at the end of April 2015. This is a role that he has held since 2010. David Williams, senior partner of UK mid-market private equity house Dunedin, which invested in CET in 2005, will be taking over as Chairman of CET Group and will join its Board. David has 30 years of experience in growing businesses both in the UK and internationally.

“I am however, pleased to announce that David Williams has accepted our invitation to take over the Chairmanship. David’s vast experience in supporting growing companies will be particularly significant as the company looks to the future.”
Outgoing Chairman Nick Winks said: “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with CET Group, working with a first rate management team and a supportive investor, Dunedin. I leave the company in good shape after successfully fulfilling a 5 year strategy which has involved taking the business into new and exciting areas.”
Incoming Chairman David Williams said: “Nick Winks leaves CET in fine fettle. Exciting times lie ahead for the business and I am looking forward to taking an active strategic role in ensuring we achieve the company’s next 5-year growth plan.
