Home Emergency – at some point in our lives everyone will have one. Whether it’s a broken-down boiler, a leaking roof, or rodent infestation – you want to know that there’s someone out there that can help.
That’s where CET’s Service Centre Operatives come in. Our dedicated team supports our customers when they need it most, helping them to claim on their Home Insurance to fix their problems.
If you’re passionate about helping others, a great listener and thrive in a busy environment, this might be the job for you.
We work with household names to deliver their Home Emergency services to their customers. We have a non-sales environment and are completely focussed on making sure that our customers get the help that they need, when they need it.
If you haven’t worked in a call centre environment before, don’t worry, we’ll give you an intensive training course that will coach you through how to handle Home Emergency calls, as well as how to use our state-of-the-art systems.
With a great team of Supervisors, Trainers and Managers, you’ll have all the support that you need, so that you can support our customers.
