Location: Doncaster – Construction Testing Solutions
Salary: Experience Dependent
Due to continued expansion of the Construction Testing Solutions (CTS) business, we are now looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join the CTS team based at the Doncaster site.
The role will be a full generalist role and will require travel to the other CTS sites in Warrington, Newark, Wolvey, Daventry and East Kilbride.
The successful candidate will need to have proven experience in an HR Advisor role.
Duties to include:
- Employee relations support.
- Recruitment support to managers including supporting at interview.
- Performance/Absence Management support to managers.
- HR administration.
- Payroll support.
- Ad hoc HR duties.
The role is full time and permanent.
