CET provides specialist site investigation services to the UK infrastructure and construction industries and have carried out investigations for highway, airport, rail, marine, commercial and residential developments.

Our site investigation field teams operate from our bases in Kent, Leicestershire and Scotland and they are supported by our Geotechnical and Environmental Consultancy, UKAS accredited laboratories, structural investigation, pavement investigation and drainage teams.

The extensive range of investigation services we provide enables CET to offer a comprehensive site investigation package offering greater flexibility, improved project management and complete control of quality, budget and programme.

Our in-house Consultancy team are available to design and manage targeted  investigations, maximising data acquisition whilst minimising cost, thereby ensuring clients obtain best value and appropriate solutions. CETs professional engineers and scientists can be engaged at project inception  to manage the complete investigation process from desk studies through to the production of interpretive reports and remedial solutions.

Alternatively, they can use their professional expertise to benefit other ground engineering professionals managing and executing investigations designed by the client/representative, providing proactive site supervision by engineers and scientists who can identify geotechnical and environmental risks as data is acquired and advise on changes to scope that would enhance the quality of data acquired or reduce costs.
